SFL Tech and France-based TNP Consultants have formed TNPSFL Management Consulting LLC, a joint venture created to deliver end-to-end transformation for logistics and supply chain organisations globally.
The partnership brings together two capabilities that are often separated in major transformation programmes.
SFL Tech contributes deep logistics technology expertise, including CargoWise implementation, optimisation, integration and supporting digital solutions. TNP Consultants brings management consulting depth across business transformation, operating models, technology strategy, regulatory change and organisational performance.
TNPSFL was established to connect those disciplines — ensuring transformation strategy can be carried through into the systems, processes and operating changes required to make it work.
